Sec. 7. (a) Upon application, on a form provided by the office of the state building commissioner, the seal of acceptance will be available for purchase by the manufacturer.

(b) The seal of acceptance shall remain the property of the state of Indiana, office of the state building commissioner.

(c) The seal of acceptance shall be forwarded to the authorized representative of the office of the state building commissioner or the authorized third party inspection agency who shall retain control and responsibility for each seal of acceptance. The seal of acceptance shall be maintained in a secured location. Access to the seal of acceptance shall be limited to the authorized representative of the office of the state building commissioner or the authorized third party inspector.
