Sec. 10. (a) An application for a fireworks retail stand permit shall be accompanied by payment to the Fire and Building Services Fund as follows:

1. (1) 1 to 4 retail stands$276
2. (2) 5 to 10 retail stands$552
3. (3) 11 to 20 retail stands$966
4. (4) 21 to 50 retail stands$1,380

plus $35 for each stand more than 50.

(b) A nonprofit corporation incorporated under IC 23-7-1.1 (before its repeal on August 1, 1991) or IC 23-17 is exempt from the fees under this section.
