Sec. 24. (a) The certification standard for Machinery Rescue-Technician shall be as set forth in Section 13.3 of the NFPA 1006, Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications, 2021 edition.

(b) To qualify for entry into a certification course based on the certification standard described in subsection (a), an individual must hold a certification in Machinery Rescue-Operations.
