Sec. 19. (a) The certification standard for Wilderness Search and Rescue-Operations shall be as set forth in Section 11.2 of the NFPA 1006, Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications, 2021 edition.
(b) To qualify for entry into a certification course based on the certification standard described in subsection (a), an individual must hold a certification in Technical Rescue-Awareness.
