Sec. 2. (a) The emergency response support training program shall consist of a minimum of thirty (30) training hours.

(b) The emergency response support training program shall include training in the subjects described in IC 36-8-10.5-7.

(c) In addition to the training described in subsection (b), successful completion of the emergency response support training program includes:

1. (1) completion of the courses described in IC 36-8-10.5-7(c) [sic, through] IC 36-8-10.5-7(e); and
2. (2) demonstrated competency in practical skills.
