Sec. 18.1. The director shall collect the fees set out below when the following services are performed, unless provided to the contrary in this title:

| (1) Application fee for a new certificate of authority or change of ownership for each selling location. | $100 |
| (2) Renewal fee for an existing certificate of authority for each selling location. | $50 |
| (3) Issuance of duplicate or amended certificate of authority. | $10 |
| (4) Weekly service charge for each online lottery terminal. | $10 |
| (5) Late payment fee for amount due to the commission. | 1st non-sufficient funds (NSF) $202nd or more NSF < $1,000 = $202nd or more NSF >= $1,000 = $50plus 12% simple interest per annum on the amount due until collected |
