Sec. 13. (a) Cameras may be mounted in the front, side, back, or midship of the bus with the following restrictions:

1. (1) A camera that is mounted midship may not be mounted in the head impact zone and may hang down not more than four (4) inches from the inside of the bus roof.
2. (2) A camera that is mounted in front of a front bulkhead that has an emergency equipment access door must not impede full access to the emergency equipment.
3. (3) A camera that is mounted on the windshield or dash must not interfere with the driver's view out of the windshield when the driver is seated in a normal driving position.

(b) Corners and sharp edges must be rounded or covered with a protective material.

(c) Recording equipment must be mounted in such a manner as to not interfere with the movement of the driver or passengers, or full access to any emergency equipment.
