Sec. 94. "Summary of performance" refers to the written plan required under 511 IAC 7-43-7 and 511 IAC 7-40-3(h). The plan:

1. (1) provides a student with a summary of the student's academic achievement and functional performance; and
2. (2) includes recommendations on how to assist the student in meeting the student's postsecondary goals.
