"Physical education" defined

Sec. 74. (a) "Physical education" means the development of the following:

(1) Physical and motor fitness.
(2) Fundamental motor skills and patterns.
(3) Skills in the following:
1. (A) Aquatics.
2. (B) Dance.
3. (C) Individual and group games and sports (including intramural and lifetime sports).

(b) The term includes the following:

(1) Special physical education.
(2) Adapted physical education.
(3) Movement education.
(4) Motor development.
