Sec. 32. "Receiving school" means an elementary school that has at least thirty (30) students who:
(1) were enrolled in that receiving school for at least one hundred sixty-two (162) days in the accountable year or ninety percent (90%) of the instructional days in the receiving school's calendar, whichever is least; and
(2) came from a feeder school where they were enrolled for at least one hundred sixty-two (162) days in the year immediately preceding the accountable year or ninety percent (90%) of the instructional days in the feeder school's calendar, whichever is least.
