Sec. 26. "Individual student growth target" refers to the student growth percentile target calculated under the academic progress indicator in Indiana's approved ESEA Plan as authorized by Section 1111(c)(4)(B)(i)(II) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act.
