Sec. 23. "Grade 12 cohort" means the class of students assigned to a school who were expected to graduate in the school year immediately preceding the accountable year as determined using the methodology outlined in Section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act.
