Sec. 5. The governing body of each school corporation shall adopt from the state textbook adoption lists a textbook for each of the subjects taught or obtain a waiver under IC 20-26-12-28 [IC 20-26-12-28 was repealed by P.L.73-2011, SECTION 22, effective July 1, 2011.]. The superintendent shall forward to the state board a list of those selections.
