Sec. 10. Upon completion of its on-site evaluation, the review panel shall make a recommendation to the state board concerning:

1. (1) the accreditation status of the school;
2. (2) if applicable, recommendations for improvement of the school including a recommendation that the department provide for technical assistance to the school; and
3. (3) the school's next review date.
