Sec. 8. (a) If the department determines an applicant meets:

1. (1) the requirements under:

   1. (A) 511 IAC 15-1-1;
   2. (B) 511 IAC 15-3-1; or
   3. (C) 511 IAC 15-4-1;
2. to be eligible to teach computer science; and
3. (2) all other applicable requirements under this title;

the license shall list "computer science" as a content area.

(b) The holder of a license with computer science is eligible to teach computer science in the school setting listed on the license.
