Sec. 1. (a) An applicant is eligible for the secondary school setting if the applicant meets the requirements set forth in the following:

1. (1) Section 2 of this rule.

2. (2) At least one (1) content area set forth in the following:

   1. (A) 511 IAC 15-6-1 through 511 IAC 15-6-7.
   2. (B) 511 IAC 15-6-10.
   3. (C) 511 IAC 15-6-16 through 511 IAC 15-6-19.
   4. (D) 511 IAC 15-6-21.
   5. (E) 511 IAC 15-6-23.
   6. (F) 511 IAC 15-6-25.
   7. (G) 511 IAC 15-6-27.
3. (3) 511 IAC 15-7-1.
4. (4) IC 20-28-5-3(c).
5. (5) IC 20-28-5-3(d).

(b) An applicant who meets the requirements of subsection (a) is eligible for grades 5 through 12 school setting.
