Sec. 4. A person is eligible to enroll in the program for a secondary school setting in accordance with 511 IAC 15-2-1 that corresponds to the content area of the degree if the person has met the following requirements:

1. (1) Passing the required basic skills assessment or an alternative as approved by the board and published by the department.
2. (2) [Voided by P.L.127-2016, SECTION 25, effective March 23, 2016.]

3. (3) Has earned either of the following:

   1. (A) A baccalaureate degree with a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 point scale from an institution of higher education.
   2. (B) A baccalaureate or graduate degree with a grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 point scale from an institution of higher education and has five (5) years of professional experience.
