Sec. 19. As used in this article, "redevelopment commission" means a redevelopment commission appointed under IC 36-7-14- 6.1, a metropolitan development commission acting as the redevelopment commission of a consolidated city subject to IC 36-3-4-23, or a fiscal body of a unit that declares an economic development district under IC 6-1.1-39-2. The term redevelopment commission refers to all of these entities unless the context indicates otherwise.
