Sec. 23. Tax and billing software must be able to do the following:

1. (1) Record all data required to prepare a delinquent list of real property as follows:

   1. (A) According to requirements provided in IC 6-1.1-24.

   2. (B) In the manner prescribed by the following:

      1. (i) The manual for county auditors.
      2. (ii) The manual for county treasurers.

2. (2) Remove properties from delinquency as follows:

   1. (A) According to requirements provided in IC 6-1.1-24.

   2. (B) In the manner prescribed by the following:

      1. (i) The manual for county auditors.
      2. (ii) The manual for county treasurers.
