Sec. 4. The tax and billing system shall flag records that meet any of the following criteria:

1. (1) Bankruptcy.
2. (2) Under appeal.
3. (3) Tax sale.
4. (4) History of payment by check despite insufficient funds.
5. (5) Overpayment of taxes.
6. (6) Demand notice.
7. (7) Sheriff sale.
8. (8) Escrow companies.
9. (9) Public employees.
10. (10) Taxpayer requesting electronic notification and receipt of the taxpayer's tax statement.
11. (11) An individual associated with the property is requesting anonymity from public records disclosure pursuant to IC 36-1- 8.5.
