Sec. 5. The assessment system shall indicate records that meet any of the following criteria:

1. (1) Property located in an allocation area as defined in IC 6-1.1-21.2-3.
2. (2) Parcels for which a standard deduction for homestead could be claimed under IC 6-1.1-12.
3. (3) An individual associated with the property is requesting anonymity from public records disclosure pursuant to IC 36-1- 8.5.
