Sec. 3. "Child" means a child as defined in IC 31-9-2-13(d) who before becoming eighteen (18) years of age:

1. (1) has been, or is being, made the subject of a guardianship to which IC 29-3-8-9 applies; and
2. (2) is the beneficiary of a guardianship assistance agreement.
