Sec. 8. All applicable provisions of IC 4-21.5-3-1 and IC 4-21.5-3-2 will control determination of the manner and time of service of notices and computation of the time for receipt of a request for administrative review as provided in this rule, unless otherwise prescribed by statute or another applicable rule.
