Sec. 9. "Indiana guardianship assistance program" means the program administered by the department to provide guardianship assistance periodic payments, Medicaid coverage, and reimbursement of nonrecurring expenses of establishing a legal guardianship for an eligible child, under the Title IV-E kinship guardianship assistance program (42 U.S.C. 673(d)), or any corresponding state assisted guardianship program under IC 31-9-2-17.8(1)(E).
