Sec. 8. "Older youth services" mean services provided to an older youth by or on behalf of the department, in accordance with section 12 of this rule:

1. (1) during the time the older youth is residing in a DCS approved placement as set out in IC 31-28-5.8-1; and
2. (2) pursuant to a collaborative care agreement, as defined in IC 31-28-5.8-2.
