Sec. 2. Notwithstanding section 1 of this rule, the approval of a provider for those services that are licensed and regulated by the Indiana department of health (IDOH) shall be deemed approved for those licensed services. For those services not licensed by the IDOH, the provider shall be subject to all other dictates and requirements set forth in this article.
