Sec. 3. Advertising. (a) Advertisement for Employment with Agency. Any advertisement relating to a job with an employment agency must be defined as such in the advertisement.

(b) Advertisement for Fee Paid Placement. Advertisement may include the words "Fee Paid" or words describing a specific agreement between the employer and agency. (i.e. "1/2 Fee Paid").
