Ind. Admin. Code tit. 45, r. 16-3-41 – Binding estimates by household goods carriers; applicability

Sec. 41. In accordance with IC 8-2-7-26 [Repealed by P.L.72-1988, SECTION 10, effective March 1, 1990.], common carriers of household goods may issue a written binding estimate to shippers to transport household goods as defined in IC 8-2-7-4(c) [Repealed by P.L.72-1988, SECTION 10, effective March 1, 1990.]. A carrier electing to offer binding estimates must do so in accordance with 170 IAC 2-3-41 through 170 IAC 2-3-46.
