Sec. 1. DEFINITIONS. When used in these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (a) Act shall mean the Motor Carrier Act of 1935, as amended.
2. (b) Commission shall mean the Public Service Commission of Indiana.
3. (c) Director shall mean the Director of the Motor Carrier Division of the Public Service Commission of Indiana.
4. (d) Division shall mean the Motor Carrier Division of the Public Service Commission of Indiana.
