Sec. 11. The center shall provide for the service needs of older adults who experience significant loss of functioning due to mental health problems. This shall include but not be limited to:

1. (1) identification of an individual to coordinate the accessibility of traditional mental health care services available in the center to older adults;
2. (2) development of arrangements to provide services for home bound or institutionalized older adults consistent with their individual needs;
3. (3) identified consideration of older adults and their specialized service needs in the development of the annual program plan as called for in 440 IAC 4-2-2 [440 IAC 4-2-2 was repealed filed Jan 18, 1995, 10:50 a.m.: 18 IR 1474.].
