Sec. 36. (a) The OTP shall develop and implement a plan for a community education program designed to provide information to, but not limited to, the following sectors of the community where the OTP is located:

1. (1) Law enforcement.
2. (2) Local coordinating councils.

3. (3) The medical community, including the following:

   1. (A) Obstetricians.
   2. (B) Pediatricians.
   3. (C) Hospitals.
4. (4) Health departments.
5. (5) Mental health and addiction service providers.
6. (6) Courts.
7. (7) Government agencies.
8. (8) Schools.

(b) The community education program plan shall meet the following requirements:

1. (1) Contain educational objectives.
2. (2) Be reviewed, signed, and dated annually.
