Sec. 50. "Serious behavior problems" means either of the following:

1. (1) Problems indicating that a patient is failing to benefit from opioid addiction treatment.

2. (2) Problems that would interfere with other patients' treatment or staff safety, including, but not limited to, the following:

   1. (A) Physical fighting on the program premises.
   2. (B) Aggression toward other patients or staff.
   3. (C) The repeated use of nonprescribed drugs or alcohol on the program premises and failure to comply with the patient's treatment plan.
   4. (D) Verbal or physical threats to staff or other patients.
   5. (E) Falsifying information to program staff.
   6. (F) Bringing a firearm onto the premises of an OTP.
   7. (G) Criminal behavior, including, but not limited to, attempts to complete or the completion of a sale of illicit drugs.
   8. (H) The diversion of opioid treatment medication from therapeutic use.
