Sec. 36. "Orientation" means a structured session provided to a patient enrolling in an OTP including the following:

1. (1) Information on the following:

   1. (A) Services provided by the OTP.
   2. (B) Patient rights and responsibilities.
2. (2) The provision of written materials on relevant topics.
