Sec. 18. (a) Youth camps constructed after the effective date of this rule shall include a separate room with toilet and lavatory facilities to be used as an infirmary and isolation area.

(b) The separate room described in subsection (a) shall have the following:

1. (1) Ventilation to keep it free of excessive heat, condensation, vapors, noxious odors, and fumes.
2. (2) Heating equipment capable of maintaining a temperature of at least sixty-eight (68) degrees Fahrenheit.
3. (3) At least one (1) cot per one hundred (100) campers and staff, with a minimum of two (2) cots.
4. (4) At least one (1) adult shall be present when campers are in the infirmary.
5. (5) At least seventy (70) foot-candles of light measured thirty (30) inches from the floor.
