Sec. 4. (a) A person who fails to comply with a revocation or suspension is not eligible for a license.
(b) When a person's radiology license or permit has been revoked, the department may, no sooner than two (2) years after the date of revocation, entertain an application for removal of the revocation and issuance of a license or permit. The department shall not remove the revocation or issue a license or permit to a person unless the department has determined that the person is able to practice as a radiologic technologist, radiation therapist, nuclear medicine technologist, or in a limited radiography category in a manner that will not endanger patients or the public.
