Sec. 6. (a) All stores authorized as a vendor by the department shall do the following:

1. (1) Sign a vendor agreement prescribed by the department in accordance with 7 CFR 246.12(h).
2. (2) Agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and rules, including, but not limited to, 42 U.S.C. 1786 and 7 CFR 246.

(b) Violations of the terms of the vendor agreement may subject the vendor to sanctions, including termination.
