Sec. 1. (a) Schools and state agencies shall provide the IAQ coordinator's contact information to the following:

1. (1) The state inspector during an inspection and upon request.

2. (2) All:

   1. (A) students;
   2. (B) parents;
   3. (C) employees; and
   4. (D) visitors;
3. during orientation, such as new hire, school, or visitor orientations.

(b) The IAQ coordinator's contact information shall also be published:

1. (1) on the school or state agency's website; and
2. (2) in the school or state agency's handbook.
