Sec. 51. "Living area" means any area of a residential dwelling used by one (1) or more children six (6) years of age and younger, including, but not limited to, the following:

1. (1) Living rooms.
2. (2) Kitchen areas.
3. (3) Dens.
4. (4) Play rooms.
5. (5) Children's bedrooms.
6. (6) Bathrooms.
