Sec. 4. "Approved initial training course and approved refresher training course" means a course approved by the department, U.S. EPA, or a U.S. EPA state or tribe authorized lead-based paint program pursuant to this article for the purposes of providing initial or refresher training to persons to become licensed under 410 IAC 32-2.
