Sec. 28.5. "Dust sampling technician" means a person licensed by the department to conduct dust sampling. A dust sampling technician can conduct sampling activities after interim control activities and renovation, repair, or painting activities subject to 40 CFR 745 Subpart E. A dust sampling technician is not permitted to conduct clearance after abatement activities.
