Sec. 18. "Contractor" means:

1. (1) a company;
2. (2) a partnership;
3. (3) a corporation;
4. (4) a sole proprietorship;
5. (5) an association; or
6. (6) other business entity;

that performs lead-based paint activities to which the department has issued a license under 410 IAC 32-2.
