Sec. 29. "Supervision" means guidance to a subordinate by a qualified health care professional for the accomplishment of a function or activity. Supervision shall be evidenced by documentation that demonstrates consistent, meaningful interaction and guidance between the qualified health care professional and his or her subordinate.
