Sec. 7. Registration of a health care entity under this rule does not exempt a health care:

1. (1) professional from the:

   1. (A) licensure;
   2. (B) certification; and
   3. (C) registration;
2. requirements of IC 25; or
3. (2) service from applicable requirements of IC 16 or IC 25.
