Sec. 4. If an administrative law judge is disqualified under IC 4-21.5-3-10, IC 4-21.5-3-11, IC 4-21.5-3-12, IC 4-21.5-3-13, or this article, the director shall assign another administrative law judge to preside over the proceeding.
