Sec. 3.1. PRTFs must meet the following conditions in order to be reimbursed for inpatient services:

1. (1) The facility must be licensed as a private secure facility under 465 IAC 2-11.

2. (2) The facility must be accredited by one (1) of the following:

   1. (A) The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
   2. (B) The American Osteopathic Association.
   3. (C) The Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children.
3. (3) The facility must comply with all requirements in 42 CFR 483, Subpart G governing the use of restraint and seclusion.
