Sec. 3. EPSDT claims shall be reimbursed as required by 42 CFR 441.56 and this rule. In accordance with 42 CFR 441.58, providers shall follow the Bright Futures periodicity schedule when providing EPSDT screenings to members. Providers may also follow a more recent version of the Bright Futures periodicity schedule to the extent consistent with Indiana law.
