Sec. 1. The office shall adopt and promulgate this article to set forth regulating the office's Medicaid managed care programs, which consist of:

(1) the Healthy Indiana Plan;

(2) Hoosier Care Connect;

(3) Hoosier Healthwise; and

(4) the Indiana PathWays for Aging.
