Sec. 4. The procedures set out in 405 IAC 1-1-5 for recovery of overpayments from Medicaid providers shall apply to the recovery of overpayments made to providers under this title, except that any discretion exercised shall be that of the director of the office of the children's health insurance program, or his or her duly authorized representative.
