Sec. 2. (a) Each member shall be responsible for the member's use of funds in the member's POWER account until the deductible is met. A member's POWER account funds shall only be used to pay for covered services and shall not be used to pay the following:

1. (1) The emergency room services copayment described in 405 IAC 10-7-9.
2. (2) HIP Basic copayments as set forth in section 3(b) of this rule.
3. (3) Any other cost not covered in the member's specific benefit package as listed in 405 IAC 10-7-2, 405 IAC 10-7-3, or 405 IAC 10-7-4.

(b) Members may use POWER account funds to pay for covered out-of-network services described in 405 IAC 10-7-10.
