Sec. 3. The state seed laboratory shall not be obligated to analyze for purity or test for germination any uncleaned, unprocessed, and other time-consuming sample, or any sample which obviously does not meet requirements of IC 15-4-1 [IC 15-4 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-15-1.].
